Cancellation policy

We kindly request that 48 hours notice is given if you are unable to honour an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

Treatment deposits

At busy times a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. A deposit may also be required on appointments lasting over an hour.
